Sharp scraping edges everywhere;
Chiseled teeth and nails
Used as though gutting something:
Hooking,
Fleecing,
Plucking,
Easing hair away from skin away from
Flesh and bone until heart pierced.
In between tender caress
That, once revealed, condemns me
To another volley’s hail;
Making,
Pressing,
Taking,
Dressing up as affection over anxious
Panic and fear until appeased.
